In working with Mel I was able to lose 20kg of body fat, run again for the first time in 15 years without pain and improve my blood pressure and cholesterol levels to avoid taking medication. She provided me with home-based exercise programs and set achievable dietary targets (I love a challenge) over a few months. It can be done from home, it’s not that hard, it’s not expensive, and in fact, it costs far less than your doctor.
