Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius FF.
Combine 1 cup of flour with the coconut yoghurt, then add the remaining flour.
1.5 cups of quinoa flour, 3/4 cup of plain coconut yoghurt
Spread some extra flour over a flat surface lined with baking paper.
Place dough on top and knead the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
Form dough into a round ball then use a rolling pin and extra flour where needed to make a large circular base approximately 1cm thick.
Lift each end of the baking paper and carefully transfer to a baking tray, place in the oven for 10 minutes, add toppings and cook for another 15 minutes.
