In a small bowl combine the coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg then brush this mixture onto the pear halves. Place them in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes, regularly checking them.
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 2 teaspoons coconut oil, 1 pear, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Add the oats, zucchini and milk to a saucepan. Bring to a boil then let it simmer for about 15 minutes
2/3 cup rolled oats, 2/3 cup grated zucchini, 1.5 cups milk
Removed the saucepan from heat and add the protein and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
30 grams vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Place the oatmeal into a bowl and top with vanilla yoghurt (I used Yo-pro), pear, toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of maple syrup.
