Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celsius fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Make the crumble by combining the cashews, hemp seeds, coconut, honey and walnut oil in a bowl. Set aside.
1 cup cashews, 1/4 cup hemp seeds, 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup raw honey, 1/2 tablespoon walnut oil
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the bananas, eggs, coconut oil, sugar and vanilla.
2 medium ripe bananas, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Then add the baking powder, oat flour and coconut flour and stir until combined, then stir in the apple.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup oat flour, 1 tablespoon coconut flour, 3 small green apples
Pour the mixture into the baking tray and cover the top with the crumble. Bake for 30-35 minutes, let it cool in the baking tray for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
