Brussels sprouts
Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil
Sea salt
Garlic powder
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, generously coat the brussels sprouts in olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder.
Brussels sprouts,
Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil,
Sea salt,
Garlic powder
Transfer to the baking tray and bake them for 30 minutes or until they start to crisp on the outside.
Serve as they are or with a dip like aioli or hummus.
