Heat a saucepan over a medium-high heat and add the berries and lemon juice.
2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 3 cups of berries of choice or a mix
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the berries have softened then add the coconut sugar and keep cooking over a medium heat.

Once the berries are quite mushy, remove the saucepan from the heat and use a fork, potato masher or stick blender (depending on how chunky you like your jam) to mash the berries.
Stir through the chia seeds and allow to cool completely before storing it in a jar in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
