Meanwhile, combine the banana, coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sea salt, and add chia egg when it is ready.

Heat a frying pan on a medium/high heat and slice 4 pieces of bread.
4 slices of sourdough bread
Add oil to pan (use approximately 1/2 tablespoon of oil per slice of bread, less works too), cover a slice of bread in mixture and add to pan, cooking until one side is golden (a few minutes) and then flipping. Repeat for the other slices of bread.
