Preheat oven to 160 degrees celsius fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place orange peels on the baking tray and place it in the oven for 15 minutes (or until the edges of the peels have slightly darkened) then allow them to cool.

Re-using the same baking paper, coat the skins in dark chocolate, place them back on the baking paper (either on the tray or in a container), sprinkle with a tiny bit of sea salt and place it in the fridge for the chocolate to harden.
