Add the dandelion root with the boiled water in a mug and set aside
1/2 tablespoon dandelion root, 1/3 cup boiled water
Heat a small saucepan over a medium heat and add the milk, buckwheat, fig and cauliflower. Bring to a boil, then allow it to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until buckwheat is cooked through. Stir often.
1/2 cup almond or raw milk, 1/3 cup raw buckwheat groats, 1/3 cup Cauliflower, 1 small fig
Once buckwheat is cooked through, strain the dandelion water and add it to the porridge along with protein powder.
20 grams vanilla protein powder
Transfer to serving bowl and top with fig, blueberries, coconut flakes, hemp seeds and/or roasted and chopped pistachios.
