pitted dates

Almond or cashew butter
or peanut butter

dark chocolate
melted
Instructions
Line a tray with baking paper and make some room in the fridge.
Slightly tear open each date and place 1/2 a teaspoon of peanut butter inside.
20 pitted dates,
1/4 cup Almond or cashew butter
Coat each date in the melted chocolate until they are all completely covered, then return them to the tray and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
100 g dark chocolate
Serve them up or transfer to a container and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
