Passionfruit Parfait

Try this delicious and nourishing breakfast treat using passionfruit. Passionfruit has nutrients that promotes healthy skin, is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and contains some magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamin C and A.
- 2/3 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 passionfruit
- 1/3 cup sugar free granola
In a small bowl combine the yoghurt, honey and vanilla. Taste to see if it is sweet enough for your liking, you may want to add more honey.
2/3 cup plain yoghurt, 2 teaspoons raw honey, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Layer the yoghurt in a cup, followed by passionfruit and then granola. Repeat the process until everything is used up and then enjoy your parfait.
