Stewed Pear Chia Pudding

Chia seeds are full of protein and healthy fats that positively contribute to overall wellbeing. They are fibrous and filling - perfect for breakfast or even an afternoon snack.
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 pear sliced as in photo
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Prepare the chia pudding by adding the chia seeds, milk and vanilla to a jar, shake it all until well combined and then leave or an hour or overnight.
2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Prepare the pear by adding the pear, oil and cinnamon to a saucepan over a low to medium heat. Stew the pear until it softens.
1/2 pear, 2 teaspoons coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pour the chia pudding into a bowl, place pear slices on top and serve with some coconut yoghurt and raw honey.
