Vegan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

very ripe banana
mashed
1/2
cup
almond milk
or cows milk
2
tablespoons
coconut yoghurt
or greek yoghurt
4
tablespoons
vanilla protein powder
1/4
cup
buckwheat flour
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and combine well.
1 very ripe banana,
1/2 cup almond milk,
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt,
4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder,
1/4 cup buckwheat flour,
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Heat a pan over a medium heat and cook pancakes, scooping a few tablespoons of batter at once and cooking for a few minutes in each side.
Top with ABC butter and blueberries
