Weetbix Tiramisu cup

Cream is without a doubt one of my favourite foods, and tiramisu, one of my favourite desserts. Here is an easy and healthy version using ingredients you probably already have at home.
- 2 wheat biscuits broken in half
- 1/4 shot of coffee cooled
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until peaks form then set aside in the fridge for 20+ minutes.
Combine the maple syrup with the coffee.
In a cup, layer half a wheat biscuit, pour coffee over until there is no dryness in the biscuit and then layer with cream.
Repeat until all biscuits are used and then finish by sprinkling some cocao powder on top.
Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes to allow cream to further set or enjoy as is.
