Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup of frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini or more banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1/2 a passionfruit
  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 raw egg
  • 20 g of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of raw milk or other milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon greens powder optional
  • 1/4 cup aleo vera juice optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
    1/4 cup of frozen banana, 1/3 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini, A handful of spinach, 1/2 a passionfruit, 1 mango cheek, 1/4 of an avocado, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 raw egg, 20 g of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of raw milk, 1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 teaspoon greens powder, 1/4 cup aleo vera juice
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.
