Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of frozen banana
- 1/3 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini or more banana
- A handful of spinach
- 1/2 a passionfruit
- 1 mango cheek
- 1/4 of an avocado
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 raw egg
- 20 g of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup of raw milk or other milk
- 1 teaspoon maca powder optional
- 1 teaspoon greens powder optional
- 1/4 cup aleo vera juice optional
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.1/4 cup of frozen banana, 1/3 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini, A handful of spinach, 1/2 a passionfruit, 1 mango cheek, 1/4 of an avocado, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 raw egg, 20 g of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of raw milk, 1 teaspoon maca powder, 1 teaspoon greens powder, 1/4 cup aleo vera juice
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
