Infused with garlic and dill, this porridge is flavourful and satiating. Starting the day with a balanced savoury breakfast can help curve sweet cravings later in the day.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup grated cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup almond milk or water
  • 1/2 clove garlic grated or finely chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh dill roughly chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil then turn the heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes or until the oats are completely cooked through, frequently stirring. Add more liquid if required.

  • Transfer to a bowl and top with eggs, wilted spinach or kale, avocado, sauteed mushrooms ect..
