Savoury Porridge
Infused with garlic and dill, this porridge is flavourful and satiating. Starting the day with a balanced savoury breakfast can help curve sweet cravings later in the day.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup grated cauliflower
- 2/3 cup almond milk or water
- 1/2 clove garlic grated or finely chopped
- 1 sprig fresh dill roughly chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil then turn the heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes or until the oats are completely cooked through, frequently stirring.
