Cookie dough but better!

Ingredients
  

  • 400 gram can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk almond, macadamia, hemp..
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Amazonia Raw vanilla protein powder or see notes for alternative. Every protein powder is different so you may need a little more or less.

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor, start by blending all of the wet ingredients + salt together until smooth, then add the protein powder. This should form a dough.
    If you are using a blender, blend all wet ingredients + salt together then transfer to another bowl and mix in the protein powder until a dough has formed.
    400 gram can of chickpeas drained and rinsed, 1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/3 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Transfer mixture to a small mixing bowl and add in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
    1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • Serve in dessert bowl or mug or store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Protein powder substitute 
If you don’t enjoy protein powder you can swap it for 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/4-1/3 cup of coconut flour.
