Ingredients
- 1 papaya cut in half
- 1/4-1/3 cup of coconut yoghurt or plain yoghurt
- 20 g of vanilla protein powder optional

- nuts
- seeds
- granola
- white chocolate chunks
- blueberries

- Scoop out the seeds from the papaya with a spoon and save them. They are full of micronutrients and you can google search how to turn them into pepper to season other recipes.1 papaya
- Combine yoghurt and protein (optional)1/4-1/3 cup of coconut yoghurt, 20 g of vanilla protein powder
