Stuffed Papaya

Ingredients
  

  • 1 papaya cut in half
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of coconut yoghurt or plain yoghurt
  • 20 g of vanilla protein powder optional

Toppings

  • nuts
  • seeds
  • granola
  • white chocolate chunks
  • blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out the seeds from the papaya with a spoon and save them. They are full of micronutrients and you can google search how to turn them into pepper to season other recipes.

  • Combine yoghurt and protein (optional)
    1/4-1/3 cup of coconut yoghurt, 20 g of vanilla protein powder
  • Fill the papaya with yoghurt and add your toppings of choice.
    nuts, seeds, granola, white chocolate chunks, blueberries
