Watermelon Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Watermelon
- 1/3 cup Plain coconut yoghurt or yoghurt of choice
- 1 handful Crushed nuts
- 1 tablespoon Raw honey
Instructions
- Cut an even circle out of the centre of a watermelon about 2cm thick, then cut it into 6-8 slices and push them closely together. You can do this multiple times with the rest of the watermelon to make more.1 Watermelon
- Spread a layer of yoghurt over the red part of the watermelon then sprinkle on some crushed nuts and finish with a drizzle of honey.1 handful Crushed nuts, 1 tablespoon Raw honey, 1/3 cup Plain coconut yoghurt
