Enjoy a home-made, preservative free hummus with a pink twist
Course Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small beetroot roasted
  • 2 cloves of garlic roasted
  • 1/2 of a small red onion
  • 1 can of organic chickpeas drained, rinsed and shells removed
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • juice of 1 lemon and a little zest if you like
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
    1 small beetroot, 2 cloves of garlic roasted, 1/2 of a small red onion, 1 can of organic chickpeas, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of tahini, juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • Serve on your avocado and toast or with veggie sticks/corn chips.
