Curry Spiced Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can of organic chickpeas drained, rinsed and shells removed
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Using a food processor, blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.1 can of organic chickpeas, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of tahini, Juice of 1/2 of a lemon, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
- Serve on grain cakes or with veggie sticks.
