Sriracha Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 cups of chickpeas soaked and boiled
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 -1 tablespoon of organic sriracha sauce depending on your spice tolerance
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients except for water to a blender or food processor and combine well.2 cups of chickpeas, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 -1 tablespoon of organic sriracha sauce, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 cloves of garlic
- Add water to your desired consistency.water
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
