This smoothie would also make a great light breakfast option with protein added
Course Snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup of frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini or more frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 20-30 g of vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a good quality blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
    1/4 cup of frozen banana, 1/4 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 200 ml of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 20-30 g of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of maca powder
