Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of frozen banana
- 1/4 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini or more frozen banana
- 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 200 ml of milk
- 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 20-30 g of vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 teaspoon of maca powder optional
Instructions
- Using a good quality blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.1/4 cup of frozen banana, 1/4 cup of steamed and frozen zucchini, 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 200 ml of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of almond butter, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 20-30 g of vanilla protein powder, 1 teaspoon of maca powder
