Ingredients
  

  • 1 handfuls handfuls of wholegrain puffs or un-buttered popcorn
  • 1 handful of nuts roasted or raw (walnuts, almonds, macadamias, cashews… or roasted chickpeas if nut-free)
  • 1/2 handful pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds
  • sprinkle toasted coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips and goji berries

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in an small bowl, mix them all up together and eat up!
