Ingredients
- 200 ml milk
- 1/3 cup frozen banana
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 tablespoon or 1/4 of an avocado
- 1 handful organic spinach
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons pepita seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon green spirulina
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 20-40 g vanilla protein powder
Instructions
