Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon or 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 handful organic spinach
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons pepita seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon green spirulina

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 20-40 g vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
