Puffed Grain Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups puffed whole grains millet, buckwheat, brown rice or a mixture
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds optional
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.2 cups puffed whole grains, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup raw honey, 1/3 cup cashew butter, 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
- Flatten the mixture onto the baking paper and sprinkle a small amount of sea salt over the top.
- Place in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely before serving and storing. Store in a glass jar.
