Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal
A warm winter bowl of deliciousness.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of steel cut oats
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tablespoon of coconut cream or yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 20 g vanilla protein powder optional
Toppings:
- stewed apple, blueberries, walnuts, coconut chips & almond butter
Instructions
- Bring oats and water to a boil then allow to simmer for 10- 15 minutes (or until the oats are cooked through) before adding the rest of your ingredients.
- Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
