Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup of steel cut oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coconut cream or yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 20 g vanilla protein powder optional

Toppings:

  • stewed apple, blueberries, walnuts, coconut chips & almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Bring oats and water to a boil then allow to simmer for 10- 15 minutes (or until the oats are cooked through) before adding the rest of your ingredients.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
