Ingredients
  

  • 1 very ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or cows milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and combine well.
    1 very ripe banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt, 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Heat a pan over a medium heat and cook pancakes, scooping a few tablespoons of batter at once and cooking for a few minutes in each side.
  • Top with ABC butter and blueberries
