Vegan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 very ripe banana mashed
- 1/2 cup almond milk or cows milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add all of the ingredients and combine well.1 very ripe banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt, 4 tablespoons vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup buckwheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Heat a pan over a medium heat and cook pancakes, scooping a few tablespoons of batter at once and cooking for a few minutes in each side.
- Top with ABC butter and blueberries
