Weetbix Tiramisu cup
Cream is without a doubt one of my favourite foods, and tiramisu, one of my favourite desserts. Here is an easy and healthy version using ingredients you probably already have at home.

Ingredients
- 2 wheat biscuits broken in half
- 1/4 shot of coffee cooled
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla until peaks form then set aside in the fridge for 20+ minutes.
- Combine the maple syrup with the coffee.
- In a cup, layer half a wheat biscuit, pour coffee over until there is no dryness in the biscuit and then layer with cream.
- Repeat until all biscuits are used and then finish by sprinkling some cocao powder on top.
- Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes to allow cream to further set or enjoy as is.
