Baked Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, generously coat the brussels sprouts in olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder.Brussels sprouts, Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil, Sea salt, Garlic powder
- Transfer to the baking tray and bake them for 30 minutes or until they start to crisp on the outside.
- Serve as they are or with a dip like aioli or hummus.
