Ingredients
  

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celsius fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, generously coat the brussels sprouts in olive oil, sea salt and garlic powder.
    Brussels sprouts, Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive oil, Sea salt, Garlic powder
  • Transfer to the baking tray and bake them for 30 minutes or until they start to crisp on the outside.
  • Serve as they are or with a dip like aioli or hummus.
